The MFH
Each year the MFH holds several public events including concerts, historical plays and entertainments, holiday programs and our festival on the first Saturday of August entitled, Art, Architecture and Poetry: Inspiration from the Mac-A-Cheek Valley. Through these and our school and youth based programs we promote creativity, literacy, and the integration of history, literature, math, art, and natural history. Scholarship is supported by the MFH through publications, writing awards, and internships. We maintain an archive of historical resources and are beginning public programs in archaeology. Plans are underway to maintain a 1870s vintage garden and new exhibits on horticulture and agriculture in Ohio. Be part of this by joining today.
